Some of the hats shown will be the one you will receive. All hats can be custom made. Most neck wear can be custom made. All home decor is one of a kind and can not be replicated. Please remember everything is handmade and hand dyed, so there may be some variation in the finished product.
All custom orders are made to order. The turn over time is 7-10 days. I will ship using USPS, shipping to the paypal address unless otherwise noted.
I will email you after order is placed to confirm ordering, sizing and color info. The order will not be filled until I hear back from you.
Return Policy
An object ordered off the website are subject to a 10 day return period after the shipping day. I must be contacted within 10 days if you decide to return the piece. A 10% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund and refund will be issued through paypal. All returns must be in pristine, re-sale condition. Any piece that I feel has been worn extensively or is not in pristine condition will not be refunded and will be returned to the buyer.
Any piece that is in need of a repair or alteration, please contact me for more info.
